Typical packages include accommodation, airport transfers, domestic transport, experiences/activities, meals, guides, and 24/7 support. We customize inclusions based on your budget and priorities.

For groups larger than 10 or trips involving permits (like gorilla trekking), we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. Shorter lead times may limit availability but we still do our best.

Safaris can be enjoyed year-round. However

      Uganda & Rwanda – Best for gorilla trekking is June to September and December to February (dry seasons).

      Kenya & Tanzania – The Great Migration is usually from July to October, but wildlife viewing is excellent all year.

      Zanzibar & coastal areas – Best from June to October and December to February.

Yes, most travelers need a visa to enter East African countries. Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda offer an East Africa Tourist Visa (valid for all three countries). We recommend checking requirements with the respective embassy or consulate before travel.

Absolutely. Your safety is our top priority. We work with professional guides, reliable vehicles, and trusted accommodation partners. We also monitor local travel advisories to ensure safe routes and destinations.

Yes. We design safaris for solo travelers, couples, families, groups, and corporate teams. Solo travelers may choose a private safari or join a group for a shared experience.

Costs depend on the destination, duration, type of accommodation (budget, mid-range, luxury), and activities. We work with all budget ranges and customize safaris to suit your needs.

Yes. We arrange all accommodation, ranging from budget lodges to luxury safari camps, as well as airport transfers and transportation during the safari in comfortable, customized safari vehicles.

Booking is simple. Once you select or customize an itinerary, we will send you an invoice with secure payment options. We usually require a deposit to confirm your safari, with the balance due before the trip begins.

      A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required for most East African countries.

      We also recommend malaria prophylaxis and general travel insurance.
